A social enterprise offering advisory and consulting services through a Black Feminist Lens; The source of innovative solutions that acknowledge histories of identity-based exclusion and exploitation, whilst creating benefits for businesses and communities.

Chelsea A. Jackson, The Equity Architect, is a rebel political scientist, activist, speaker, strategist, facilitator, consultant, host of the Post-Woke Podcast, part of the abolitionist collective Cradle Community and co-author of Brick by Brick: How we Build a World Without Prisons (2021).

Rhodes & Harry S. Truman Scholar, the double-Oxford graduate holds three masters degrees: Criminology & Criminal Justice, Public Policy, and Political Science & African American Studies from Emory University. A peer-reviewed academic, her research in racial and ethnic politics has been presented at the American Political Science Association and the National Conference of Black Political Scientists. 

Formerly, Chelsea managed a $30M Racial Equity Program at WPP where she worked on projects including the UK’s Black Equity Organisation, Pittsburgh’s Gizmology, the Detroit Experience Studio, São Paulo’s SOMA+ and additional racial equity projects globally. Having spent the past 10 years working in social and racial justice, her work is driven by both passion & optimism about creating a future of greater opportunity for people of all identities and backgrounds.

Innovating for Equity: Unlocking Value for Communities and Businesses is a report published by the World Economic Forum from the Global Alliance for Social Entrepreneurship, Echoing Green, Equity Architecture, and Dalberg, with support from the GHR Foundation, about pathways for collaboration between social innovators from racial and ethnically marginalised communities, governments, and companies to harness largely untapped opportunities for the global economy.
